Very recently, something happened so that this site has begun appearing in French, which isn't the end of the world (I've been meaning to brush up on my French) but also isn't the easiest thing to navigate.

Is there a gadgets users email list?

Most of my current questions belong on such a list--that is all I am looking for here. Just for kicks, the questions I'd put to a list if I find one include:

* How can users change their own passwords?

* Does the wiki include any kind of "sections" functionality? In some wiki's you can edit sections of a page independently, rather than editing the whole page.

There is a template directory on the server that has a header, footer, nav and css file that the "Template" gadget (which is responsible for look and feel of individual applications) points to.
